Ron's Mojo

1 oz Sailor Jerry Rum
2 tbsp course sugar
2 oz soda
2 fresh mint sprigs
lime wheels
Rub the rim of a glass with lime and dip into course sugar.
Muddle mint sprigs, lime wheels and course sugar in bottom of tall glass.
Add ice and Sailor Jerry Rum.
Stir well, top with soda.
Garnish with more fresh mint and lime wheels.
