More lift from Hamilton

Starting June 30, WestJet will grant travellers greater access to the west coast with direct flights from Hamilton to Vancouver. Available exclusively during the peak summer travel season, the flights are geared towards offering Canadians more choices for connectivity and convenience. “We have opened up the West Coast to our guests in Hamilton and London, who will now have the opportunity to fly nonstop to Vancouver and beyond,” says John Weatherill, Director, Network and Schedule Planning at WestJet. The airline will also offer service between Brandon, Manitoba and Toronto Pearson International Airport as well as service between Vancouver and London, Ontario. Currently, the new routes will only be available until early September, however, the airline will decide whether these routes are viable options for permanent travel in the future based on the response of it's travellers during this travel season. Go online for pricing and full route details.
