Smoked Fish Pate

Smoked Fish Pate

2 sides of smoked trout, skin removed
1/3 cup minced roasted red peppers
zest of half a lemon
juice of half a lemon
4 oz mascarpone
2 tbsp sour cream
salt and pepper
dash of Tabasco
 
Mash all ingredients together until well combined. Serve with crackers.
