Mountain View Mindfulness

Enjoy an eight-week mindfulness course at Mountain View Compassion, where you will focus on developing self-compassion in daily life, how to motivate yourself with kindness and so much more. The program is based on ground-breaking research by self-compassion expert Dr. Kristin Neff and clinical psychologist and self-compassion expert Dr. Christopher Germer. Crescent Hill Gallery Annual Exhibition

Crescent Hill Gallery will be hosting an opening event for the anticipated return of their annual fall exhibition Fri. Sept. 30 from 6-9 pm.
