1 roasted sweet red pepper, sliced
2 slices prosciutto, diced
½ red onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 knob of butter
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
½ cup marinara sauce
1 cup 35% cream
1 shot of brandy
Salt and pepper to taste
Sauté peppers, prosciutto, onions and garlic in butter. Add shrimp and sauté for two more minutes.
Add marinara and cream, then reduce the sauce to half.
Add brandy and salt and pepper to taste.
