The Halkin Bar is transformed into the pop-up Culture Lounge from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. daily, where guests can enjoy freshly made scones with clotted cream and jams, among other delicious delicacies, while browsing the library-style décor filled with the most iconic coffee table books.
