Empire Communities brings the Toronto feel to Oakville with Rain Condos. Located on the corner of Kerr Street and Speers Road, Rain Condos' dual glass and steel towers are designed by Graziani & Corazza Architects. The 19 – and 21-storey buildings will house 532 contemporary condos with interiors by Byron Patton & Associates. Empire Communities' Rain Condos Presentation Centre is set to open in October 2011.
