Join grassroots, volunteer organization Oomama, one of more than 250 grandmother groups across Canada, as they welcome humanitarian and social activist Craig Kielburger to host Kids Who Care ““ Creating a Different World. Co-founder of Free the Children, Me to We and We Day, Kielburger's keynote address will show you how to create your own unique path to leave a positive mark on the world followed by a book signing. Kids Who Care takes place on October 9 at The Meeting House in Oakville with tickets available for $30 for adults or $20 for students. All funds raised through ticket sales will be donated to supporting African grandmothers and orphans through the Stephen Lewis Grandmothers to Grandmothers Campaign.
