Dogs of Oakville

Following the success of her first coffee table book, Dogs of Oakville, local artist and pet photographer Maria Bell has recently released the follow-up Dogs of Oakville, New Beginnings. With the original Dogs of Oakville quickly selling out with a limited run of just 500 copies,  New Beginnings will expand to release 1,000 copies at $50 each with proceeds benefiting the Oakville & Milton Humane Society. “The first book was Maria's love letter to all the homeless dogs not yet as well loved as those in her books,” says Brenda Dushko, Manager of Fund Development for the OMHS, and New Beginnings is no different. Once again, Bell has managed to capture the unconditional love and beauty of the dogs that call Oakville home, with many of the shots taken around town. Dogs of Oakville, New Beginnings is available at the Oakville & Milton Humane Society as well as local retailers, go online for a full list of store locations.
